How long will take you to find me a cleaner?
Usually we need 24 hours. However it is best you if call us earlier as it is possible to take a bit longer depending on the day and time you want.

How much will I pay?
We charge £9 per hour for regular cleaning. For other cleaning services please visit our price list page.

What if the cleaner is sick or unable the come?
We guarantee to arrange a replacement.

Can I have the same cleaner each time?
All cleaning will be carried out by a regular cleaner familiar with you, your property and your needs.

What if I am not happy with the cleaner?
If the cleaner is not suitable just give us a call and we will arrange a replacement.

Do I have to supply the cleaning materials?
You are responsible for providing all materials and equipment needed for the cleaning.

Can I specify the day the cleaner comes?
Give us 24 hours and we will be very happy to organise cleaning service at the day and time convenient for you.

Do you work weekends or holidays?
Most of the cleaners do not mind working on Sundays or Holidays. We will not charge you extra for this.

What task will the regular cleaning include?
Services would typically include normal household cleaning duties such as thorough cleaning various types of flooring accordingly, dusting and polishing furniture, washing, general household rubbish disposal, kitchen cleaning, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and toilets, laundry and ironing services, shopping, taking delivery, cleaning mirrors, etc. Any other cleaning service not mentioned above would be provided upon your request.

Do you require a minimum number of hours per visit?
Yes, we require a minimum 3 hours per visit for any of our cleaning services.

What if I go away for a week or more?
Just give us 24 hours notice before you go and the date of your next cleaning. You do not have to pay for service you have not actually received.

What areas do you cover?
We cover all areas of London and Greater London?

What are your working hours?
Our cleaners work flexible hours seven days a week. We do not charge extra for evening or weekend service.
